Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://arellebeautyhubinc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Facial Threading, Waxing Services, Custom Facials, Eyelash Extensions, Event Makeup, Henna Tattoo, Head Massage provided by Arelle Beauty Hub Inc.. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Arelle Beauty Hub Inc. (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Arelle Beauty Hub Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Arelle Beauty Hub Inc. from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Arelle Beauty Hub Inc. may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
